We were able to start work on the house the next day. This home was on the market two weeks after the initial purchase. We like to start work the next day or two on this house because time is money. We went with a two tone color to match the existing carpet in the house. The house needed some repairs that we fixed in the first week. The biggest expense to this Phoenix Fix and Flip project was adding the landscaping in the backyard. You can see from the picture that this is a major selling point. It is hard to sell a home without a complete backyard in my opinion.
