One of the things that I find interesting is telling a seller that you need to make the home sellable for the buyer. When you have mutliple colors in all the room - it is best to show the seller that one color throughout will make the room more inviting.
The color palete that I love working with is the soft gold/biege that beats the White walls that has no pizzaz into a room. I love working with color and love implementing this on all my homes. Sellers do have to understand that they need to see the home in the eyes of a buyer.
Sellers do forget that they are staging to sell, and I strongly suggest to take all personal pictures and belongings either storage them or start packing them.
"One seller ask me how about if you stage my house, and if I like it do I have to move"? First of all when they start asking me these questions I tell them if you stage the house for Sale why would you waste the money to stage. Unfortunately, they bought another home and I staged the home to Live.
Organization is one of the keys to staging and the home starts to transform into a good balance home throughout!
