Powder Springs Real Estate is like most areas in the Atlanta Metro market - rebounding! Comparing April, 2009 statistics with April, 2010, it is obvious real estate is picking up. In April, 2009, Powder Springs had 48 sales as compared with 52 in 2010. Average days on the market decreased from 155 in April, 2009 to 139 in April, 2010. We now have 9.3 months of inventory as opposed to 10.1 months of inventory the end of April of last year.
