The “Mile High” City of Denver sports something different  for everyone tastes. Sports, shopping, high culture and arts, museums, parks,  zoos, entertainment areas and an overwhelming amount natural beauty and splendor. It’s not surprising to anyone why Denver leads amongst the top destination cities in America where people decide to move to. 

Denver has an astonishing average of over 300 sun filled days of the year. This surpasses many other hot spots in America such as Miami or San Diego! As its  “always” sunny in Denver, residents love having access to Denver's 30 plus ski areas and 15 million acres of national parks! Just a short distance away from denver is the world famous Rocky Mountains which provide excellent opportunities for skiing, hiking and camping.

In total Denver’s recreational facilities include more than 101 parks, 12  museums, two amusement parks, two family water parks, The US Mint, The Denver Botanical Gardens, The Denver Zoo, and also is home to a large performing arts complex. This is more then enough recreation for any family!

Residents in Denver are younger in age compared to national averages. The median age in Denver stays steady at age 34 whereas the national average is near 38. Also Denver’s population is on the rise growing in the thousands each year. 26 1/4 % of Denver’s population also has a college degree which when compared to the national average is only 16% !

When you move to denver you can become a part of our large sports team followings.We are home to some of the top professional sporting teams such as the Denver Nuggets and Super Bowl Champions The Denver Broncos. We are also home to the Colorado Avalanche and Colorado Rockies.

If you are searching for an apartment in Denver you should have good success. There are quite a few listings daily. I had great success finding a beautiful 2 bedroom flat. One thing to note when looking for an apartments in Denver is to find a centralized area near your work. Also when you are looking to rent in Denver take note that on average our renting rates are equivalent to most other cities.
