BidRent.com – A bidding war on how much you want to pay  for rent for listed properties in the USA and Canada. 3/5 stars!

Prop2GO.com - An Excellent tool for people in New York. Includes regionalized searches and a very easy interface. Also includes email alerts on all of their properties. We highly recommend this website over the others as this website is FREE to use! So if you are looking for an apartment in New York Prop2GO.com is for you!
