Well, after 16 months of networking, blogging and meeting new Realtors, READY 2 STAGE HOME STAGING & REDESIGN has it's very first Realtor Partner!!

Congratulations Lori! And thanks for the post. I've been on the same path and it's frustrating. It's nice to hear that "it's not me".

I, too, THINK I have just snaged my first Realtor Partner. I say "think" because I have done my first consultation for him (which went very well). He payed for it. He wants to add home staging consultations to all of his listings and we are off to a great start. But I won't consider him "snagged" until I get another appointment (which he is already talking about) or after I get the results on the current home we are working on.

I have a really good feeling about this.

YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am hoping for the same good luck (which of course came from hard work)! I recently did a vacant home for one Realtor. At the Realtor open house, I met three additional Realtors; I was invited to speak to their office. In addition, I have consulted several others on cost comps on appliances, flooring costs, etc. All free, I guess part of my due diligence.
