Oh, wow, Lisa. This reminds me of a science project my son just completed and handed in. For the last two months, my son's room has been home to decaying spiders, grasshoppers, crickets (yes, there is a difference), stink bugs (not just my pet name for my son) and other various and sundry creepy-crawlies to be pinned and showcased under glass. Let me tell you that I have never been happier to see a project done as this one. Yuck!
Your right Lisa that would be a big surprise if you sniffed that one too close!! BTW - Starbucks has excellent strawberry, banana smoothies!! ;)
Heather- I'm a born and raised Florida girl. I'm personally familiar with all those critters, and will usually play with them... except for the stink bug. They seriously stink! lol
Debra- Hmm. I'm not sure. Nick lives in Chicago. I'm not as familiar with his bugs =/
Al & Peggy- I can't have caffeine (trust me!) so I don't usually go to Starbucks. Is that a decaff smoothie?
I had thought about selling prints, but I decided that I just didn't want the hassle of the print not being to the customer's satisfaction, so I went with digital only. That way they can do what they want with the picture -- print, screensaver, email, whatever.
Russel- Nick is younger than most of us *sob* (lol) and he's still working in this direction as a possible, future career =)
Lora- Thanks. I LOVE Nicks' work. I think he's very talented. And I'm thrilled that he's given me permission to use his images =D
