Zillow Started The Whole Housing Bubble!

Yes, that is what I said, people looked at Zillow.com daily as if they were checking the New York Stock exchange or their savings  account. Oh my house is going up wow and so on and so on! The when it hit the magic number boom time to sell now, what most consumers forgot was that the house they bought was also in the up swing and so it was a wash money wise, except your monthly payment also went up! And when the market crashed your pot of gold was upside down waw waw?

The best yet is when I talk to some one who didn't sell but stayed and is crying because  they "LOST MONEY" on their home!! Get a clue you can't lose what you never had!!!!!  Be thankful you didn't mortgage, atm, ka-ching your house!! And you still have good credit 28% of home owners do not or will not have in the near future!

Zillow.com was the first time home owner had instant access to what their home values current worth and they couldn't handle it. Now they get upset when they buy and look on Zillow.com and the zestimate is less than what they paid for it! Read the small print the price Zillow.com came up with is not ACCURATE!!!! And please don't bust my chops because Zillow.com prices are not accurate. And please do not quote Zillow.com values when we are writing an offer on a home they are not ACCURATE!!! Zillow.com is going to be with us a long time, the way they make money is by selling RE agents exposure on their site.

The RE agents that do advertise on the site Zillo.com do not have the power to change the zestimate on your house!!! I know your mother, brother and everyone you know now knows what your house is worth!!!! So what, you know what their house is worth on Zillow.com also!!

And to the people on Zillow.com that email me to buy a house that is on Zillow.com for $1200 please IT IS FOR RENT!!! Not for sale Zillow.com just started doing rentals besides For Sale By Owners. If it is your house claim it then complain directly to Zillow.com not me! I just advertise to get leads not for you to target!

Realtor simple guideline to guesstimate a Homes values! Comparing apples with oranges? How to set values for embellishments? Do you think the old adage of Value equals Location, Location, Location, is true? Views, Pools, special interest additions can add desirability, and then Granite Counters, Travertine flooring, condition, square footage and any embellishments, upgrades, updates you can add to a property is worth 60-70% of the cost. This value will also be depreciated over time. Example would you consider if a twenty year old solid oak cabinette's
value even in good condition is equal in value to cabinets in the newer current color, or are they? Objective would be desirability.

Location is the basis for value. Like Homes within a one mile radius share values, and can be evaluated by sales per square foot within the last 3+ months. Pulses
