For the month ending April 2010 the residential real estate markets of Westbrook Maine saw 16 homes sell compared with 15 in February and 13 in April of the previous year. Like other regions housing prices appear to have leveled out and volume continues to remain healthy. The current inventory of homes on the market in Westbrook rests at 133, up significantly from 107 a month prior.
