Services for Real Estate Pros with

As a respected group in your real estate community, I would like to know what is most important for you as real estate professional in regards to searching for what is on the market.  I understand that your main search is the MLS in your area, but wouldn't you like to see all of the fsbo's, reo's, foreclosures and auctions all on one site, next to the MLS listings.

Also, my site will keep agents, owners, investors and lenders on their best behavior because of the "review" system we will be having for all who are involved in the site.  This will create a worldwide trust amongst users.  Someone in Japan who is being relocated in the USA can look for properties on our site as well as look for the top rated brokers in the area they area they are looking in.  The reviews will be monitored by our site.  This will create a social network that uses user feedback to fuel the success of the site while providing users with the entire real estate snapshot for the area they are searching in.

Your feedback is greatly appreciated.

Simply think of the largest online auction site and the way they rate the sellers and now relate that to real estate professionals and their transactions.
