April's weather may have brought the customary showers for May flowers, however, the April real estate market was downright HOT!

The Eastside NWMLS areas 500-600 saw the overall months of supply number dip all the way down to only 3.5 months of inventory at the current rate of sale.  Active listings were down 18% from last year.  We had 47% more Pending Sales and an 84% increase in Closed Sales.

Median prices were slightly down, but continue to show market stabilization.


And here is what the supply and demand looks like for King, Snohomish and Pierce counties:


There are several Seller's areas in core markets and no buyer's markets in the region, as measured by months of supply.
