I can do my best to schedule the service to coordinate with your showings and open houses. Spring is buyer season and if your listings need that special TLC, I would love the opportunity to give them that competitive edge over your competition. If not at this time, for future business.

$120 per month with service weekly.
If you prefer an "as needed" service, the fee is $35 per service (3/4 acre or less)
Homes that are vacant or unkept for too long the initial charge is $140 (for obvious reasons)
