Here's another happy photo by nickrun. And this little fellow looks so happy. His chest is all puffed up and he/she is singing their little heart out. This photo just make me feel happy. I like to imagine how it must feel, to be perched and singing, without a care in the world. Such a feeling of joy and freedom.
But that's just how I feel. And yep. I got all that from this one shot =)

Marcia- Most of these photos are taken by a friend of mine who actually lives in Chicago. I got him to join Active Rain so he could share his own photos, but he has a lot on his plate right now and I haven't been able to reach him. I'm sorry but our Florida birds just arene't the same as his in Chicago =/

Hi Lisa... Oh my! What a great action shot! You caught the little guy in mid-chirp!
We are lucky to live in a stilt house, so our living room is up in the trees - plenty of birds!!!
