MRMLS vs. SANDICOR MLS ... MRMLS is the hands down winner !
I had to go and researched San Diego MLS system , called SANDICOR and get a list of houses to my military buyer client , fighting currently in Afganistan for our freedom and our way of life ...
and what an archaic system SANDICOR is !!! ... compared to MRMLS sytem which all Realtors use in Los Angeles, San Benardino, Riverside , Orange counties ...
The other seriously nonperforming and deficient systems are: Pasadena MLS and Victior Valley MLS ... my question is WHY ... !?
Please change all MLS systems to one which is the most advanced and very easy to use , Florida MLS system is also great with multi languages and easy data ...
stop the "politics and turf wars !! " ... Realtor should decide , not " deep packets associations and special interest groups " protecting their undue income ... !!
