The following properties have been foreclosed upon by their respective lien holders.
- 15 Kulaanihakoi street #18-F Kihei, HI 96753 Haleakala Gardens condominium was foreclosed upon for the sum of $140,000.00
- 30 Hauoli Road #212 Wailuku, HI 96793Maalaea Yacht Marina was foreclosed upon for the sum of $220,406.08
- 750 Kolani Place Wailuku HI 96793 Waiehu Hi 96793 was foreclosed upon for the sum of $563,972.31
- 3823 Lower Honoapiilani road Lahaina HI 96761 Hale Ono Loa was foreclosed upon by the AOA for $1 dollar.
These one dollar foreclosures are going to continue in to the future.
