What a Week

This has been quite a busy week for me. I got one deal completely closed, young newly married couple and first time homebuyers. Have been waiting for months on this short sale and they finally slept in their new house last night and are super excited. They have been sleeping in an RV in the wifes mother house for the past month waiting to close so they are super excited to be in their new house and wake to and not feel like to walls are closing in on them. Also as of today I got a new deal put into escrow. Its an REO property in Corona, and my buyers are the kind of buyers that you can only sit back and just prepare yourself because you know this is going to be quite a trip between here and escrow.. You can only hope you can do everything you can to get them through the buyer's remorse to the closing of escrow. But the next few weeks will tell. I also have two other clients that are looking to put offers on two other properties, and considering we are on the ball with that, I might have two more deals go into escrow next week or not to far in the future. But a busy agent is a happy agent. The next few weeks will rather be really exciting or really heartbreaking.. I am aiming for the exciting side of the spectrum.
