Altoona New Homes Market creeping upwards!
The Altoona New Construction Market seems to be picking up and There has been many sold and Pendings since January 2010. January was slow with only one pending and one offer on new construction With Feburary picking up a bit with Three offers. March started the momentum with 6 pending offers and 6 closed tractions. April had 5 offers and 4 closings May kept the momentum as we have had 5 pending offers and 5 closed month to date with 10 days left in May. I would say that this is a good sign that the New construction market in Altoona has momentum and I am looking for May ending at or above April and optimistic that June will follow suite. The Homes Listed $160,000 - $200,000 had the most Sold with a little over 50% then $200,000 - $250,000 had 36% of solds and $250,000 - $300,000 had 10.5% of the solds. With this being said it seem's as if the under $200,000 market is the New Home market that is selling in todays market.
