Choosing your Title Insurance Company

By
Title Insurance with Franklin Title Agency, LLC

Title Insurance is very cut & dry but then again depending on the transaction and situation title insurance can be very complicated ...as you already know.

The easy part is choosing a title insurance and closing company to work with on your transactions. The hard part is choosing the right one for your transactions.

How do you choose your title company for your files? Is it ease of ordering or their reasonable fees? Is it the Rep that you know and or just met and liked? How about the technology offered or is it maybe you chose them for their quick turn times all together so that you'd know what your dealing with on your files before moving forward? Was it name recognition or were you referred to them? was it their close location to your office? How about their website and all the bells and whistles that come with it?

What made you choose your title insurance company?

While the end product - title insurance -  is virtually the same in all transactions, the service provided from contract to close can vary significantly. I'm at the point in my career where I want to build relationships, not just have vendors that get the job done. I have chosen to start working with Franklin Title because you not only get the job done, but you seem to have a sincere interest in building relationships that are mutually beneficial, in both receiving and giving back referrals.
