Recently my team and I experienced a sad day for a great buy. Our clients have been searching for their perfect home, and as realtors we know that there really is no 'perfect' home. Our clients had found 2 homes that was an 8 of 10 on their scale and said 'we'll sleep on it'.

After a week of us trying to get a hold of them, they finally decided to get back to us and make an offer on both homes. Unfortunately, both homes had already accepted offers! The sad thing was, both homes were in great locations well within their budget and turnkey ready!
I guess lesson learned, don't let clients sleep on it and urge them to turn in an offer on a great buy. They can always back out. Back to the drawing board for now.
