No Magic Pill

By
Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Realty Services

I have only been selling real estate for one year, and by many standards I have been blessed. However, I have come to the conclusion (and my opinion may change in the future) that there is no magic formula to selling one's listings. Each situation is unique and presents its own challenges. There are many ways to market a property; some work, some don't.

What I am sure of is this: A home that is in good condition, or the sellers are willing to make necessary improvements before it goes on the market, and priced right (I am not talking way below market value) will sell quickly sometimes in a matter of days even a slow market.

P.S. If you know of any magic pills that can make me change my mind I am all ears :)

There are none. When the right person comes along you will know with their expressions. And that it the magic pill.

yep no majic pills.  onlything that is universal in real estate is that the longer it takes to sell a place the more you will spend, and the more likely it will be that you have hard feelings from the seller.
