Often our clients are considering a price drop and decide to look at staging as an alternative. As they say...the cost of staging is almost always less than your next price drop!

I think it usually works well to recommend that after removing borders the walls are painted the same color as before (if the color is acceptable.) Typically they can then get away with one coat of paint.

We find that flat screen TV's are often a great tool to help the fireplace pop and to add a good focal point in the room.
