The graph represents a 5 year history of the total number of closed sales in the month of April.

 

Paradise Hills Real Estate Report

This graph represents a 5 year history of the average home sales price in the month of April.

 

5 Year History of the Median Sales Price in Paradise Hills

This graph represents a 5 year history of the median home sales price in the month of April.

All the indicators here suggest that even though the tax credits stimulated the real esate market, prices are still on the decline.

It's important to understand local market conditions when you are looking to buy or sell. Love the integration of graphs and maps.  Looks like your market sales were stimulated by slightly lower prices.
