Selling or (not selling ) real estate in Mountain View

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with Arkansas Lakes and Hills Realty

Our clients this month have been financially challenged . Past credit problems are becoming normal and the houses they require cannot pass any government sponsored lending program. I feel sad for them, but I feel bad for my sellers as well. A mixture of falling leaves and falling credit scores are covering the mountains.

My best market here is the  investor in large land parcels. Oh, and over zealous deer hunters.

Signing off now,

Laurie

Hey Laurie,

This is exactly why I hold credit seminars at California State University,Chico. To help students understand the importance of their credit reports and to show them ways to increase and protect their scores...

Hi Scott,

I am not sure some of my clients can read!

Just kidding.

However, I met a young couple last week that had been talked into buying a new, sleek car. Their payment is $538.00 a month plus insurance for 60 months. They were shocked to find out that they can't afford a house now.

If the car dealers get to them before we do, then is is all over.

Thnaks for educating those that care enough to listen.
