a little paint, a little elbow grease, a little staging...a big difference

Home Stager with Ready Set Stage

I hope you all are doing well.  Just wanted to share a house that I'm almost done staging.  I still have to finish the family room and kitchen, but here are the Master, hall bath, and sunroom.  We are hoping for a quick sale because the client closes on her new house in 60 days.

We removed a lot of wallpaper, painted, cleaned and staged.  Enjoy!

Chrissie, do my eyes deceive me, or is that a parrot in the sun room?!!!!  I love the flower carpet in the sun room, and can just imagine myself sitting there with a mint julep in my hand.  Fantastic!

Looks like a big project Chrissie - What a difference your updates and staging have made.  It feels so much more current and larger.  Can't wait to see the rest of the rooms.

Chrissie ~ this is a stunning transformation, bringing this very dated home into the 21st century!  I can't wait to see the other "Afters" when it's done!!  Removing that wallpaper was a must in making this home appealing ... and changing out that brass bathroom mirror.  I love it all!!

AWESOME, love what you did with the master bedroom, and the bath is done so nice. I love to paint cabinets ( am I weird ) I would think that you would get the quick sale that you are looking for.

Wow, Chrissie, dramatic transformations in each and every room!  You are doing a fabulous job on this house.  Now it looks fresh and welcoming, not dated and tired.

Thanks to everyone for your nice comments.

Sally~I had to crop that picture to see what that was in the sunroom because I didn't remember a

parrot, and it was a rag doll on a glass jar with rocks in it!!!  It totally looked like a parrot though!!
