Hi Folks,

This last Sunday, while I was enjoying our time at the Reinstorm 2010 horse event in Grass Valley I ran into my good friend Jane Switzer who is now working with Rick Lamb of RFD TV and she shared with me an upcoming local horse event that sounded so great that I quickly agreed to become a sponsor.

The name of this new event, show, clinic and evening of entertainment is called the:

1st Annual Cowgirls Promise To Care

When: June 9, 2010 from 5pm to 9pm

Where: The Shiloh Foundation, 7975 Wise Road, Auburn, CA 95603 (Main Phone 530-823-9517)

It is a special benefit working to raise awareness and funds for the Shiloh Foundation and their special horse rescue and outreach here in the Northern Sierra Foothills.

The Shiloh Foundation is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation and relocation of horses into loving owner's homes.

This 1st annual event has a full evenings line up including; Rick Lamb, of RFD TV's The Horse Show, as the keynote speaker, Ezra Marrow a well known local natural horsemanship trainer, music by the Brazen Hussies and the Bad Boyz out of Auburn, CA and with wines being poured onsite by the good folks at the award winning Pescatore Winery. There will also be additional food vendors and raffle opportunities there as well.

Tickets are available online for $10 pp or $25 for a family of 4 directly at A Cowgirls Promise website or you can pick up your tickets in person at Echo Valley Ranch & Feed at 205 Nevada Street in Auburn, CA 95603.

Please take a moment to view the special event flyer or for more information, please call (530) 613-9925

Hope we will see you there for this very worthy cause!

Dear Paul, i am a horse dentist here in Penn Valley.  Please call, 530-432-1237.  Have a great network of clients (some prefer to remain annonomous)as well as family friends that have the means to care for horses in need.

I do not advertise, and would like to help.

Heard about Douglas Co. fire in Colorado, thought if my arms can reach that for  maybe i am missing something here close to home. God Bless, Kat
