It's interesting what people call different styles of homes in different areas of the country.

This home appears to have a second story of living space.

We would call this a 1.5 Story or a 2 Story.

We only call a home a Ranch if all the living space above grade is on one level.

Does the second floor level have Aluminum Siding on it?  It really sets off the Brick nicely!
