At first glance, there is nothing about Paver Park that may stand out in the grand scheme of Sarasota real estate.
The homes were built primarily in the 1950's, and are small and old. Although some have been updated, many retain the old charm of their original owners.

The neighborhood is mere blocks to downtown, yet has a small community comfortable feel.
