CNN posted another promising article about areas to purchase affordable real estate.
Hopefully this is a sign of good things to come. Articles popping up on the internet showing signs of recovery. These are the type of articles that give me/us some hope that a recovery is in sight. After 24 years I still remain optimistic. ALWAYS remember we are in a necessary profession. People still need to buy and people still need to sell. That should be at the forefront of our mind(s) on a daily basis. So my fellow Realtors here in Active Rain keep an open and optimistic outlook in your real estate careers.
You are responsible to and for your clients/customers. Do not let them down. In the midst of this economic crisis people still need us. That’s partially what keeps me going. I’ve been receiving referrals from past clients lately. Can you imagine if they had to go elsewhere? I couldn’t and so would you. There is definitely light at the end of the tunnel.
