As noted, Serenade is located at the very corner of Palmer Ranch, within walking distance to the grocery store (across the street), and as many as 10 restaurants and coffee shops. Banks, retail shopping and gas are all within 1/2 mile.
Serenade offers 1,2 and 3 BR units; there are no elevators to reach the second and third floor of these buildings. The units are relatively spacious and well maintained. The main draw in this complex, however, is its resort style amenities - two pools. jacuzzi, fitness center, grill areas, tennis courts and playgrounds. The poolside kitchen and common area is available for party rentals. The main pool at Serenade is bustling on hot days; the more private back pool offers a quieter option.
Some units offer private detached garages. The beach is only a 10 minute drive, and the highway is less than 1 mile, although you would never know it. In the recent market, these units have become popular rental and investment units, as they are attractive to tenants because of location and amenity.
