CAMPO is the Capitol Metropolitan Planning Organization Transportation Policy Board is the metro planning organization for Bastrop, Caldwell, Hays, Travis and Williamson Counties in Central Texas. They coordinate several organizations- Capital Metro, Texas Department of Transportation, and Capital Area Rural Transportation System to determine how federal transportation funds will be allocated.
