Tip of the Day: Underestimating the importance of Broker/Agent previews for a home. Sellers need to encourage their agents to have Broker Open Houses and Caravans for their home since it is other agents who will most likely be selling their house!
So how do you get the Agents to your home?

As an agent, I do not have time to go see every house on the market. However, I know to the sellers I'm a key tool for them when it comes to my buyers. Agents hold the key to selling your home before you even think about it. Take this for instance, behind each agent is about 10 buyers lets say. If you have a BOH, and 20 agents showed up, that is roughly 200 buyers that could be touched!
Agents come to open houses and listing previews with their clients in mind. We are looking at the homes to see the features and amenities that our buyers could want in your home. If your home matches a criteria that our buyers place, then we will return with the buyer to show them the property in the next few days! We want to sell the home as much as you do, so don't worry if we can sell it.. then we will!
