As Judy says, Recruiting is and always will be a contact sport. Still, creative ways to stay in contact are FUN!!
I've started a new recruiting site. Nicley set up template by Dane Maxwell. Great tools, easy to use, WONDERFUL plugins.
This site has a business plan for Realtors, Facebook friends, video, lots of nice little drop downs and pop ups. But best of all it's FRIENDLY and makes me much more human than my old site.
