AAAAh, no worries, it gets easier.  Its like real estate the more you do it the better you get.  I am still learning as everyone else.  Keep it going!!!

I just wrote a long comment and it dissappeared due to Active Rain error!!!! So let me consolidate.

Do a search on active rain for Writely.com, unless you already know about it. Then go there and practice your blogs. Sometimes its easier staring at a blank screen thats your own wondering what to write about.

Also, spend time reading and commenting on various blogs. You will find ideas and different ways of presenting yourself.

Ask yourself. "How do I want others to view me" "How do I want prospective customers to view me" 

And make no mistake, you will show up on Google after this.

I agree with Midori, it does get easier.
