Peggy, I love your flowers. I've been really getting into photographing them latele.
Peggy, that is a beautiful flower, I don't think that I have seen one before. What is it called?
Hi Peggy ~ That's a glorious photo - the color is so unusual - and so beautiful.
Liz
Beautiful! I know it's Wordless Wednesday, but will you tell us the flower? Really nice photo!
Hi Peggy... I love how sharp and tight this shot is. Did you use a blue filter on this?
This is the best photo I've seen so far tonight! What a gorgeous shot! I love it!
Hi Pat - Thanks! I have been trying to get better at using the settings on my camera and love to take pictures in the garden.
Thanks, Ellie - Our flower season is relatively short so we have to appreciate it while we have it.
Hi George - Thanks - It's a clematis but I would have to look up the name of it. I have always loved it because it's so much fuller than the usual ones.
Thanks, Liz. In the daylight, it's a very pale periwinkle/purple, but I took this in the early evening and love the effect.
Hi Melanie - I was trying to be wordless, but it is a clematis - thanks.
Hi Kerry - Thank you.
Hi Steve - I'm an amateur and have never used filters. I was just experimenting with the settings on my camera. I shot this in the early evening so it just happened that way. In the bright sun, it's more of a light periwinkle.
Thank you, Lisa - I appreciate it!
