Passing the brokers exam.. YEA!!!

Managing Real Estate Broker with Fathom Realty PB00068179

Well neighbors and all I finally passed the brokers exam for the great State of Arkansas.  I can tell you I first took it without studying, looking at the books or anything just to get a feel for what it was like.  Nothing could have prepared me for what I experienced.  I knew I just knew I marked the right answers, well goes to show you how much I know.  So I took it again and again.  Then apparently my brain kicked in and I actually studied and at my final exam the entire math came out to the penny except for one and the rest seemed so easy...  is your brain engaged when it comes to your clients?  Engage your brain and watch your earnings grow.  It's a great day to buy or sell a home.

I've taken my LAST real estate broker exam (have 3) and married my LAST husband (had 3)  Taking Hawaii and CA were similar * taking VA was hard although first 5 questions were on evictions which I knew....kudos to you for staying the course!

Congratulations on that great achievement.  I will be going for that later this year.  Any tips you can write about that would help those of us who still have that goal to reach would be greatly appreciated.

Congratulations James! I'm glad you agree it was NOT an easy test to pass. I thought it was a real challenge! I think everyone that wants a brokers license should jump on it before the up the requirements.
