Crystal Beach Florida home sales are indeed increasing! In just the last few weeks our little community has had 6 homes go into 'pending' status since they have received contracts that the seller has accepted. For a community that currently has only 28 listings on the market, that is a substantial amount!
These six homes ranged in price from $825,000 for a 4/3/2 waterfront pool home that was a short sale all the way down to an adorable 2/2/2 that was on the market for less than 2 weeks before going under contract!!! That little house on Ontario was listed for a mere $144,900. It did NOT last long on the market at that price!!!
The market is moving!!! If you are considering purchasing, NOW is the time to get on board here in Crystal Beach Florida!
