A Good Chart For Fence Sitters

By
Real Estate Agent with Royal Shell Real Estate, Inc.

Our Vice President gave us this chart in our team meeting yesterday. For individuals, particularly end users that are waiting for prices to fall, it may not help their monthly payment if interest rates rise. These are the lowest interest rates we have seen in a very long time and as this chart shows, even a couple points can make a big difference.

Very helpful chart! This is always something that is hard to get buyers, and sellers sometimes to understand. Having this to show them is a fantastic way to get them off the fence and moving. Good post.

I was told by a wise instructor years ago, if someone is sitting on the fence, you have to sharpen the posts.  This means the more attractive or appealing you make it, the posts will be sharp enough, they will eventually fall one way or the other.

Now that the median home price has topped $100k in Lee county these fence sitters should get off before they go even higher! According to Denny in a Marketwatch session for the Cape Association of Realtors last month prices in Lee county have gone up about 18% since last summer. Better buy before the go up another 18%.

Thanks for sharing . . .there seem to be lots of fence sitters these days!  Low prices and low interest seem like a win-win to me!
