I imagine what it has to do with real estate is that those consumers all live somewhere and will move at some point over the next 5-7 years . . .

There is a big controversy over the relevance of SM to our desired outcome - a commission check and lifetime client.

Perhaps this does help to make the case! :)

Great point Candace!

What this has to do with real estate is everything. This is about communication and connection - not just a cool countdown widget thingy.

The growth of the platforms shown above, including mobile and gaming, indicate that delivery and availability (presence) of Real Estate data and information + communication need to also shift to meet the consumer 'where they are'.
