In our area we are seeing a large number of homes that are Fannie Mae properties that are eligible to finance the home using Homepath Financing. Only certain lenders are approved to do these loans but what a great deal. Here are the highlights.
* As low as 3% down for owner occupied ( not 3.5% like FHA)
* No Mortgage Insurance(this is HUGE !!)
* No Appraisal
* Only 10% down for Investors
