Have you ever forgotten to go pick up that gift for the shower, birthday party, wedding, or what have you until the last moment and then realized that you don't have any wrapping paper? I have found myself in that situation countless times. I have a couple ideas that can maybe help you in that last minute moment.
-If you get National Geographic or any other magazine with large maps inside it, use those! They are really nifty and go over well with many!
-If you have an old coaster from a restaurant (one of those flimsy ones), they are great for adding a tag onto the gift. Crowd pleasers for sure.
-Ribbon goes a long way. Even if is just a little ribbon left over from a previous project, use it to add a cute corner accent on the gift.
-Tulle is a really cute way to wrap an awkward shaped gift. Fluff up the ends and tie with a ribbon for a surefire comment on your creative wrapping.
-Hat boxes are probably my favorite kind of box to receive. The best part is that it requires so wrapping! It is beautiful all by itself!
-You know all those buttons that you get attached to your clothes that you keep "just in case" but then you never end up using them or they're lost by the time you lose a button? Well, those make cute little designs either to pull the ribbon together or just glued in a fun cluster on the wrapping paper.
I hope these ideas help you in that moment of panic when you need that special little creative touch! Or maybe our homes will...College Station Real Estate or Lake Travis Real Estate.
