Fun Friday Not So Factoids...Or Are They???
Since it seems that every time I send in a contract on a REO property it magically happens that I get an email/call from the listing agent that day stating they just received another offer. We NOW have multiple offers and need your best and final. Doesn't matter if the property has been listed one day or one hundred!! Are the listing agents trained to respond this way???
