Have you found your real estate mentor yet?

Services for Real Estate Pros with Platinum Properties Investor Network

If you’ve never given much thought to the idea of finding a mentor, maybe it’s time you should. Appealing though the temptation may be be to blunder your way forward alone, making mistake after mistake that has already been made by thousands before you, losing money to bad deal after bad deal that could have been easily remedied if…you…only…knew…what…to…look…for.

The harsh truth is you don’t know more than someone who has been successfully doing deals for decades. Why not put aside foolish pride and learn from them! You might be surprised how readily some successful investors will part with valuable information.

A good example is Platinum Properties Investor Network founder Jason Hartman (that's me!). I have survived and prospered for more than two decades of active real estate investing that spans almost every type of deal imaginable. Did you know you that I am in the process of making available to anyone interested in beginning a real estate career the exact details about how to go about it?

True.

In fact, you can get a free real estate education just by visiting his website www.JasonHartman.com. The amount of information there can be overwhelming to the first time visitor. Start at the Creating Wealth Show archives, especially the early editions where I spell out exactly how and why real estate investing is your best bet to become wealthy in America. My team of area specialists scout and recommend specific properties that are great deals to my referral network, which is free to join.

If you’re looking for a real estate mentor, give us a try.

I've mentored new property managers for decades....I mentoring two friends who have been in the biz for 3 years and they are doing quite well.  I jump started their new biz by providing my procedures and software and web-site suggestions so they could short cut some expensive distractions that take away from their bottom line!!!

I couldn't agree more Jason. Very important to learn the ropes from an experienced professional.

Jason knows that mentors add an exponential amount of value to a new investor. Mentors are a great way to get yourself established in the real estate world.

I think we all should have mentors. Even mentors should have mentors.

I have a problem with the word mentor, I like it to be called as consultation. It is a fact that with real estate, most of us don't have the financial ability to make mistakes. One bad deal can drown us.  You can't take that much chances in REI.

I would suggest to call these consultants before opting for one. By talking to them, you can have an idea how do they work and would they be able to help you or not. I would suggest choose the ones who seems excited in making money.
