Are you a "WORRY WART?"

"Do you remember the things you were worrying about a year ago? How did they work out? Didn't you waste a lot of fruitless energy on account of most of them? Didn't most of them turn out all right after all?" Dale Carnegie

Worrying is a waste of our energy.  If we work hard and focus on our goals, we CAN attain them.  We spend so much time on things we cannot control.  Why?  It is truly human nature.

Are you a WORRY WART?

Hi Ann~  When I was younger I used to worry about every little thing!  Now I hardly worry at all!

What? Me worry. I don't have enough time left. I get concerned. I plan to find solutions or work-arounds. But worry? Run my fingers over a pocketful of beads. Pace the floor. No. I may go for a hike or take a nap. And then, usually, I have what I need.

Hi Ann.  I try to only worry about things I can actually change or have control over.  It makes my life a whole lot easier.

My name is RandyO and I am a worry wart. Ah, that feels better. I think with the number of ways we can lose adeal no matter how perfect we do our job makes us tend to worry more than an hourly worker who gets a paycheck either way. You're right though, I did survive the last few years and worrying prob didn't help.

These are words to live by. I worry by nature and have to tell myself all the time to relax.

Why worry about things you have no control over.  Put it in God's hands.
