Real Estate Listings on Craig's List (part 2)

Real Estate Agent with Florida Property Experts

luxury house for sale in daytona beach fl
Hello fellow Realtor Associates... and anyone else who cares to read along  =0)

I just wanted to give a quick follow-up to my previous post titled Real Estate Listings on Craig's List.  Since my last post, I've received 2 more inquiries about my listing of an oceanfront condo on Daytona Beach, (which I sold to the 1st gentleman who contacted me), and 1 inquiry about a piece of vacant land (3.25 acres) I have for sale in New Smyrna Beach. condo for sale in daytona beach shores

I know that many of you said you had received no inquiries on your listings you had posted on CraigsList, but I wanted to encourage you to stick with it. And to look for other free sites in your area, where there is high traffic and good search engine placement. As I'm sure you already know, the more avenues you use, the greater your chances to sell your listings.

It has always been my philosophy that you never know which avenue a buyer will use, so you have to think like a buyer and try multiple avenues. Our sellers depend on us for this.

Good luck and happy selling!

Craigslist works.  You must post regularly, but it works and it's free.

Hi Lisa,

Yes, Craigslist is one of the best places to publish your listings on the internet.  Especially because it has unbelievable traffic to its site daily.

I agree with Bill...Craigslist requires you to be patient, have realistic objectives, and develop a consistent posting regiment.
