Buyers for short sales

I hope a lot of AR folks see this. If you currently have..or get short sale leads that you need buyers for in the Houston area please contact me. I am working with an investor that buys short sales,but he does all the work for you to negotiate and buy the property . You just collect your check at closing. All we would need is some paperwork filled out by the seller and we would be good to go
