USDA has been authorized by Congress to start issuing conditional commitments.
That means that funds still have not been re-allocated by Congress but they are allowing the USDA
to continue underwriting rather than keeping existing files on hold.

If you have been waiting for Congress to re-allocate funds to the USDA
so you can get your USDA loan, you need wait no longer!
I have a lender who is ready and willing to step up to the plate to fill that void!
If we get the USDA to issue a conditional commitment for you
(based on your qualifications and the location of the property),
my lender will fund and close the loan and wait for the USDA
to reimburse them when funds ARE allocated!
