Special Annoucement Part Deux

By
Real Estate Agent with Sibcy Cline Realtors®

This announcement has to do with Ohio Real Estate. It is something that less than 7% of Realtors in Ohio did in the past 12 months. I can not tell what it is until August 8.

What could it be? You will have to watch for my blog post tomorrow to find out!

Until then you could visit my website at www.Find1Home.com

Rich that is funny. I have a contract pending where the sellers want a quick close. We are using a Ohio Bond loan for my buyer clients. We have been waiting 5 days for the seller paperwork-- 1 sheet for the loan to go to the state.

I've got it.  Less than 7% know the difference between Aug. 7 and Aug. 8.  I am in the 93%.  Just came looking for the answer.  Today is only the 7th.  Dang!

Rich I can not spill the beans! But I will admit that less than 7% know the difference between a settlement crack and a contraction crack in concrete.

In my specialty, settlement crack is part of the personal property abandonment paragraph where the seller conveys all personaly property to the buyer at settlement, including the crack.  This might also be called settllement weed, settlement meth, settlement murder weapons......

A contraction crack is kind of like plumbers butt, but is only seen in the hospital during child birth.

In seriousness, is it different between metal stress or concrete stress?  It has been a while.

Rich you missed one that is a stress crack in the concrete. That comes about when you just found out your buyers 3rd lender is out of business. That stress crack comes from beating your head on the concrete wall!
