David there are many reasons to use a Realtor and NAR.com provides marketing material to explain benefits and statistics of using a Realtor.

I went on a listing presentation Thursday and the owners still insisted on being a for sale by owner. I left them some material with the CMA, and they called me back Sunday afternoon begging me to take over after reading my FSBO presentation.

David: Selling a home is a lot harder than it appears at first blush. Agents offer value for the FSBO seller.
