There were 177 sales at an average price of $150,977 and a orignal list to sales ratio of 84.16%.  The average time on the market was 187 days.  In addition there are currently 166 accepted offers with future closing dates.

May 2010 sales were down when compared to 2009.  There were 136 sales compared to 180 in 2009.  Basically it looks like the increase in activity in April because of the tax credit expiration date was offset in May.  In addition there were fewer new listings added in 2010 than in 2009, the decline was 7.1% or 36 fewer new listings.

There are currently 3161 active listings with an average list price of $213,415 and a average time on the market of 294 days.
