Every time I drive past the Willamette National Cemetery it reminds me how many young men and woman gave their life for my freedom. But, there is just something special about this weekend when you drive by and see thousands upon thousands of flags placed on every grave site. It really shows the sacrifice they took to keep me and my family free. So, thank you!

I have to say that I was so happy to see that it took me almost 15 minutes to drive 6 blocks to get to the cemetery because so many other people were also going there to pay tribute. It gave me some hope for Portland, some, not a lot, but some.
